Srdečně vás zveme na jedinečné setkání s léčivými tóny gongů, křišťálových mís, křišťálových lyr, fléten, shruti boxu a dalších nástrojů, které společně vytvoří prostor hluboké relaxace, regenerace a vnitřního klidu.

V nádherném prostoru Atria Žižkov se otevřeme zvuku, který propojuje tělo, mysl i duši. Zvuku, který podporuje návrat do ticha, k sobě, do rovnováhy. Zvuku, který léčí.

Co nás čeká?

Čeká nás cesta skrze frekvence, které otevírají prostor léčení, uvolnění a hlubšího bytí. Během zvukové lázně nás povedou gongy, křišťálové nástroje i jemné vibrace prastarých tónů. Healing Sounds je prožitkem jednoty, klidu a návratu k sobě.

 Praktické informace

Večer je určen převážně k ležení, podlaha v Atriu je vyhřívaná

Zváni jsou všichni, muži, ženy, děti od 10 let

Pokud si chcete lehnout, vezměte si prosím karimatku/jógamatku, deku, polštářek a teplé oblečení

Pro ty, kteří preferují sezení, budou k dispozici židle (pouze ale omezený počet cca šest míst)

Těšíme se na společné naladění a sdílení prostoru zvuku.

We warmly invite you to a unique gathering with the healing tones of gongs, crystal bowls, crystal lyres, flutes, shruti box, and other instruments that together create a space of deep relaxation, regeneration, and inner peace.

In the beautiful space of Atrium Žižkov, we will open ourselves to sound that connects body, mind, and soul. A sound that supports the return to silence, to oneself, to balance. A sound that heals.

What to expect

We will journey through frequencies that open a space for healing, release, and deeper presence. During this sound bath, we will be guided by gongs, crystal instruments, and the gentle vibrations of ancient tones. Healing Sounds is an experience of unity, stillness, and a return to the self.

Practical information

The evening is primarily designed for lying down, the floor in the Atrium is heated

Everyone is welcome men, women, and children from 10 years old

If you wish to lie down, please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and warm clothing

For those who prefer to sit, a limited number of chairs will be available (approx. 6 seats)
