An iconic winery surrounded by vineyards. The architecturally celebrated Sonberk winery produces distinctive appellation wines exclusively from its own hand-picked and selected grapes, grown across 45 hectares of sustainably farmed vineyards of the same name. An average harvest of 1.5 kg of grapes per vine corresponds to total annual production of 30,000–150,000 bottles, depending on the quality of the vintage.

Sonberk has received a platinum Best in Show medal in the dry aromatic wines category, a platinum Best in Category medal in the regional sweet wines category, and the International Award for the Best Dry White Wine of Central and Eastern Europe at the industry's most prestigious competition, the Decanter World Wine Awards.
