About venue
The church was built to plans by Francesco Carrati. Construction began in 1671 and was completed in 1673. It was one of the first Baroque churches in the Mladá Boleslav region. The church stands at the end of a lime-tree avenue, which begins with two chapels built by Countess Johana of Martinice (St Helena and St Francis Xavier).
