Vila Stiassni Brno

The villa is located in the residential Masaryk Quarter, where many significant examples of modern architecture were built between the wars. During the communist regime, the house and its extensive garden were used as a government villa. It is now managed by the National Heritage Institute in Brno. After renovation was completed in December 2014, the building and adjoining park were opened to the public. It also houses research facilities for the Methodological Centre for Modern Architecture.
