Linserka is now a cultural and creative centre housed in a historic industrial building on Resslova Street in Liberec.
The site's history dates back to 1845, when a manufactory was established here; it later became a foundry and a modern industrial complex. At the turn of the 20th century, engineering products were made here, and the site is also connected with early motoring, including motorcycles and the first local attempts to build cars.
Only one building of the original large complex has survived: a three-storey Art Nouveau foundry, now Linserka. After renovation, it serves as a lively venue for cultural events, meetings and creative industries.
