Divadelni spolek Ty-já-tr

Our respectful greetings, ladies and gentlemen!

Allow us to introduce ourselves with a little decorum. The Ty-já-tr Theatre Company is more than a group of actors – we are a team of enthusiasts who believe theatre has the power to make the world a better place.

Our journey: More than 30 years, with all our heart, for you.

For more than three decades, we have put our trust in tradition, sincerity and noble humour. Our roots reach deep into the tradition of Czech amateur theatre, while our vision looks ahead. We do not perform for effects; we perform for people. Our aim is not to be the first to stage a premiere, but to make a difference – bringing people joy, laughter, elegance and shared experiences.

What does Ty-já-tr offer?

Refined entertainment: We believe humour can be clever and elegance enduring. Our summer tour of chateaux (Třeboň, Telč, Červená Lhota and others) celebrates this approach.

Connecting theatre with purpose: For us, theatre is not just a hobby, but a bridge to people. Through our activities, we support stability, understanding people's needs and personal development, reflected in other projects such as Kořeny gramotnosti and our cooperation with the Red Cross.

An elegant experience: Every performance is a ritual for us – from a sweet moral bonus at the entrance to the final curtain call under the stars.

Theatre that is here for you.

Ty-já-tr is a living organism built on trust. We believe morality, decency and elegance are not relics of the past, but keys to inner peace and stability – on stage and in life.

Come and see for yourself. Every visit from you is truly a valuable gift to us.

With respect and elegance,

Your Ty-já-tr 🎭
