Slovácké léto is a sports and cultural festival that has been getting Uherské Hradiště moving at the start of the summer holidays every year since 2008. What began as a one-off weekend event for volleyball enthusiasts who simply wanted to play in the town centre with a band of friends soon became a respected ten-day event that welcomes tens of thousands of visitors each year.
