Networking Event: Mind the Pay Gap

Ladies, take out your planner. Open your calendar app. Our next networking event is on April 30th! At this event, we will dig into a high profile topic: gender pay gap. It’s 2019. Why does the gender pay gap still exist? What has been done to narrow the gap? What can be done to close the gap? Join us at this event and hear first-hand experiences of executive-level women from global companies. We will talk about how we can contribute to closing the pay gap. We will take a look at the different factors that are the reasons why the gender pay gap still exists, and how to ask for a rightfully deserved raise. It’s a sensitive topic, but one that we cannot and should not shy away from any longer.

Our speakers, Miroslava Stodolicova CFO of Unilever and Vidha Kochar Director at ADP, will start by talking about their professional background.

After the panel talk, there will be a Q&A session with our speakers. This will be followed by some time to network, converse with our speakers, and share your own stories and experiences.
