The Girlboss Group of Femme Palette organizes a workshop with a very special speaker, trained psychologist and an international business coach, Ines Gaston. She is coming to Prague specially for this event to present her program designed to enable entrepreneurs and creatives by helping them to gain clarity, build confidence and thrive with energy through mastering their minds.

This workshop will be useful for entrepreneurs who want to become more resilient, improve their performance and achieve big results with the projects they are passionate about. Moreover, it will also help potential entrepreneurs who want to change their mindset and gain a clear vision of themselves as entrepreneurs.

During the workshop we will focus on the dynamics between Self, Brain, Emotions, Awareness, Community and Consistency, the fundamentals needed to transform mindset into a tool that works FOR YOU, not against you.

This workshop consists of three parts: firstly, we will get familiar with the concept of six fundamentals and personal story of Ines Gaston, secondly, we will go through practical exercises designed specially for you, in the end, we will have time to share personal challenges with the group and get a feedback from Ines.

About the speaker:

Ines Gaston is a clinical psychologist coaching the brave and unconventional entrepreneurs. Born and raised in Belgium, Spanish-Algerian roots and living location independent since 2014.

Ines has two masters of science. One in clinical psychology and one in organizational psychology. She started her career in a corporate world, experienced a massive burnout, spent 18 months travelling and looking for the answers to finally reinvent herself as a coach. Her personal journey has inspired her to develop a program for entrepreneurs and creatives where she shares her knowledge and expertise to protect them from overwhelm and exhaustion while they are building their dream projects. Today Ines is traveling around the world, sharing her expertise through speaking gigs, facilitating entrepreneurial bootcamps, managing off sites for start-ups that are upscaling. Besides working 1on1, Ines facilitates Masterminds for founders and is the in-house mentor for Rockstart.com, NESST and Cofoundersretreat.com.
