With the world constantly changing and the current unprecedented times, innovation has never been as crucial. It is the way to succeed as a sustainable business, either through new processes, products, or services in order to affect positive change in said business. 

At this panel talk we have three leading experts on the topic of innovation. Adriana Degram, Board Member of Latin American Chapter EUTEC Chamber, has over 20 years of experience and whose mission is to support Central European SMEs and Start-Ups in their expansion to Latin America by promoting European innovation.

Katerina Ailova, Chief Innovation Officer, IdeaSense, helps companies kickstart innovation development, as well as manage innovative product/service design and development with focus on customer experience and human-centered innovation, using rigorous user research, creative techniques, design thinking and empathic design approach.

Nicole Fatinova, Senior Innovation Consultant, Deloitte helps clients see the future of their new products, ideas, or strategies through multiple methodologies such as Design Thinking, Design Sprint or Agile.
