Femme Palette is hosting its second career conference! Join us for a day full of career content, workshops, networking, fun!

Come join us at our second career conference! The day will be filled with panel talks with inspiring speakers from top partner companies, as well as a ton of networking opportunities.

The talks will include topics such as Authentic and inclusive leadership, Personal brand, Balancing motherhood and career, and many more!

Speakers will be from companies such as:

What's included:

• 6 hours of inspiring panel talks and presentations focused on career and leadership topics, 2 hours of workshops or 2 hours of mentoirng
• Networking with 250+ attendees

You'll be selecting from the following tracks:

• Leadership Track (Contains 2 leadership workshops)
• Career Growth Track (Contains 2 workshops)
• Career Pivot Track (Contains 2 workshops)
• Mentoring Track - Leadership (Contains 2 group mentoring sessions)
• Mentoring Track - Career Guidance (Contains 2 group mentoring sessions)

Please note that you have to select one of these options during the checkout. Until lunchtime, the programming is the same for everyone. After lunch, we'll split into groups based on the track you purchase.
