VAN: Veyx & Shat (DE: Dresden)

At the next party we have invited 2 foreign DJs who will come from nearby Dresden. Veyx and Shat have been active on the local techno scene for many years and will show us top of their vinyl collections.
At the same time, we will test (for us) the new space of Club Bedna in Ústí nad Labem.

█ Veyx is the head of STVW Booking&Events and a DJ from the very beginning. Veyx began listening to the various sounds of electronic music at the age of 12 and spent his meagre pocket money not on ice cream and toy cars, but on records and turntables. He had his first DJ gig in 1997 and has since played at venues such as Triebwerk, Puschkin, BK8 and the former Club der Republik in Dresden. He also likes to travel… Munich, Kerpen, Delitzsch, Leipzig, Kamenz, Bratislava, Zurich... are just some of the places on his long list of references. Veyx's taste lies somewhere between minimal, Detroit stuff, oldskool, electro and techhouse... and he is fully committed to the "black gold" of vinyl!

█ DJ Shat - It all started around 1994, the first visit to a techno dance event in BASE Dresden. - 1995 DJ Carl Cox for 10 DM - That certain moment was immediately there when driving techno beats captivated him. The times in the 90s had a big impact on musical tastes. In the 2000s the first Turntables and the beginning of the first small performances in various clubs in Dresden and regularly at private events. Since then, electronic music has become more and more of a passion. And he always manages to bring that certain energy to the floor. His genres can be said to be techno, house and tech-house. With his love of music, which he passes on to the audience, the party is always rocked and the crowd is taken on a little musical journey. So that no one stops dancing.
