Doing great work isn’t enough if no one knows you’re doing it. In this talk, I will share how quiet excellence doesn’t guarantee career growth in tech, and explore why women often wait for perfection before stepping into the spotlight.We’ll break down how to dismantle imposter syndrome, own your achievements, and build the confidence muscle that helps you unlock new opportunities and claim your space.

What If You Turned AI Into Your Toughest Advisor?

Most of us use AI to get things done faster. What if we pointed it at something harder: our own decisions? We're smart, but heads-down in the daily detail we lose the big picture and sometimes decide against our own vision. So why not point AI at ourselves? Last year I started doing exactly that. I built a council of AI personas around the perspectives I keep needing: a version of me at my best who holds my long-term vision, a critic who challenges my assumptions, a finance director who asks for the numbers I would rather avoid, and advisors built to catch the blind spots I didn't even know I had. I feed them often with the resources I consume, books, inspiring talks, expert articles and more, so they stay up to date and can mentor, guide, and support me. In this 20-minute keynote I'll show you how I built it, how I use it, and how simply you can replicate my routine, so your future self gets a seat at the table.

Navigating Male-Dominated Workplaces: Position, Don't Perform

What happens when people decide who you are before you've said a word? I've spent 13 years in rooms where I was usually the only woman. Early on I thought the fix was to get louder, tougher, play a version of leadership that wasn't mine. It didn't work.What worked was positioning myself instead of performing for the room: how I walk in, how I'm introduced, my first sentence. Credibility isn't volume, it's knowing what to say and cutting the rest. And it's holding your ground when you're interrupted or talked over, which happens constantly and is the real test. I'll walk through what this looks like in practice: the first 30 seconds of a meeting, disagreeing with someone senior, presenting technical work to people who assume you don't understand it. The goal isn't to get louder. It's to already belong there.
