Femme Palette Networking: Women in Tech

Join us for an evening of networking and a panel discussion with women who have broken the glass ceiling in the tech industry. They will discuss their journey, current trends in the industry and advice for women who are interested in tech carrier. Our friends from CzechITas (a nonprofit organization that teaches women to code in various programming languages, test the software, or analyse complex data) will have a talk on “IT is the future. Yours too” and will present the current trends in the IT industry and the tech skills you should have in 2018. You’ll also have a plenty of time to mingle and network with other members of Femme Palette, sipping on beer at the rooftop of STRV and have fun!

Panel Talk speakers:

Barbora Suchanova - UX Designer and Frontend Developer at GoodVision (GoodVision Video Insights is the autonomous data retrieval cloud service providing highly reliable traffic data from standard surveillance cameras via Artificial Intelligence.)

Daria Hvizdalova - Project Manager at GoodAI (GoodAI is a R&D company aimed to the creation of general artificial intelligence, a software agent that can learn, adapt to the environment to achieve goals defined by human mentors while recursively self-improving.)

We’ll also have a design session run by Alina Safina, a Product designer at STRV about what it takes to design for a tech start-up, her design process and things you should know before applying for a design job.
