She Connects: The Importance of Intuition and Soul in Your Career (workshop)

We make decisions rationally, we plan, we measure. And yet, in business, we are often guided by something that we cannot see in spreadsheets: unconscious patterns, inherited roles, and inner voices telling us what we "should" do and what we are not allowed to do.

Soul in business is not a luxury or esotericism for our spare time. It is a necessary "new normal". Those who do not pay attention to it at work are making decisions only halfway consciously.

Don't expect theory or a load of business know-how, but an experience. Together, we will step into an ancient story that will serve as a map of how people have navigated change, uncertainty and the search for themselves for generations.

During the workshop, you will:

• discover what story you are currently living in your business and career,
• recognise where you are being guided by other people's expectations and where by your own inner compass,
• experience working with intuition as a legitimate tool for decision-making.

You will leave with a new perspective on your work and questions that you can continue exploring afterwards.

The workshop is led by Karolína Presová, sociologist, therapist, founder and former CEO, Forbes 30 Under 30 honouree.
