ANOMALIE

Pod povrchem země se formuje kruh těl - svědků sólové performance, která vrhá světlo na skryté součásti reality, pohřbené v  hlubinách těla mileniála. Anomalie je výpravou za destrukcí, limity a extrémy, stejně jako příležitostí nechat kůži, svaly, kosti a duši prostoupit novými i starými tvary a formami. Taneční inscenace, která nabourává komfortní zónu účastníků. Vypráví o úsilí, touze stát pevně v okamžiku, kdy je člověk drcen, o naději na soulad uprostřed krize. 

Inscenace se věnuje výzkumu těla v současném světě, jeho proměnlivosti a vzájemné interakci s prostředími, která obývá. Anomalie nastiňuje neotřelé perspektivy lidského těla a nabízí nové interpretace, které přesahují možnosti fyzické existence - vše prostřednictvím pohybu, který je radikální, smyslný, surrealistický a vibruje novým divokým životem. 

Eva Urbanová je choreografkou a tanečnicí nové generace, na svém kontě má spolupráci s tanečními uskupeními různých národností, velikostí, úrovní profesionality i  kulturních kontextů. Tvorbu vnímá jako nástroj zkoumání a kritiky mechanismů stávajícího společenského uspořádání, zvláštní důraz přitom klade na ženský empowerment a  koncept dualismu. Soustředí se na rozvoj vlastního osobitého choreografického stylu a pohybového jazyka se zaměřením na využití smyslů, biografie těla a jinych stavu mysli. Se sólem The Essence (2021) získala 1. místo na Solo Dance Contest konaném v rámci Gdanski Festiwal Tanca 2022 a cenu publika a 2. místo v choreografické soutěži na Solo Tanz Theater Stuttgart International Competition 2021. 

Joana Simões pochází z portugalského Porta, v roce 2019 absolvovala v  oboru současný tanec na lisabonské Escola Superior de Dança. V  rámci studií strávila rok na pražské AMU, kde nyní působí jako performerka. V roce 2022 se jako interpretka podílela na tanečních a  site-specific projektech Nhung Dang, Evy Urbanové a Ran Jiao.

Under the surface of the earth, a circle of bodies gathers to witness a solo performance which aims to bring light to the hidden parts of reality, one buried in the depths of a millennial body. Throughout this quest, one finds destruction, limits and extremities, opportunities for new and old forms appearing within the skin, muscles, skeleton and the spirit. Anomalie is a dance which challenges the comfort zone of its participants. It is a show about effort, about yearning to stand up while being destroyed and hope for alignment in the midst of crisis. The dance performance. 

The dance performance Anomalie deals with the human body today, its changeability and its relationships with the environment it inhabits. Anomalie offers new perspectives on our bodies and initiates new interpretive possibilities beyond those which our physical existence can offer, through movement that is radical, sensual, surreal, and vibrating with a savage new life. 

Eva Urbanová is a choreographer and dancer who has worked internationally with dance groups of various sizes, cultural backgrounds and professional experiences. Eva's works examine and criticize mechanisms of the social system, focus on empowering women, and demonstrate the concept of dualism. She concentrates on developing her own distinctive choreographic style and movement language, focusing on the use of the senses, biography of the body and meditative state of mind. Her solo The Essence which was created in 2021 won first prize at the Solo Dance Contest at the Gdansk Dance Festival 2022 and the second Choreographic Award and Public Award at the Solo Tanz Theater Stuttgart International Competition 2021. 

Joana Simões is originally from Porto, Portugal. She graduated from the contemporary dance program of Escola Superior de Dança in Lisbon in 2019. During her studies, Joana completed an exchange year at the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague, where she is now based and works as a performer. In 2022 she performed in dance performances and site-specific projects directed by Nhung Dang, Eva Urbanová and Ran Jiao.
